URGENT NOTICE

Dear Property Owner

 

RE: BUILDING PERIOD DEADLINE – SANDOWN ESTATE 2

 

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we hereby take this opportunity to remind you that in terms of the Architectural Guidelines and Constitutions of both the Estate and the Master Property Owners Association, construction of all home must be complete within 3 years of the first transfer (i.e. transfer from the City of Cape Town to the first purchaser).

The penalty levy for is 4 times the current levy to the Big Bay HOA. In addition to this, the normal levy remains applicable.

We hereby inform you that the HOA will be processing the Building Period Penalty of R2280 on to your account from the month of September 2007.

We have attached the Building Inspection Check List and the HOA Certificate as these documents would need to be signed by the Estate Architect, the Estate Manager and the Trustee : Building Operations before the HOA has the authorization from the Board of Trustees to stop invoicing the Building Period Penalty.
