Dear Resident

RE: ADDITIONAL CONTACT/TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR SECURITY

The Estate Manager requests that all residents please complete the “Reply Slip”

(below) and drop it off at the Estate Manager’s office, supplying us with two

contact telephone numbers (cell and landline) in order for them to be

programmed into our communication system.

This is required for security to have an alternative number to contact the resident

to inform them of a visitor in case one number is in use.
