Dear Residents/Property Owners

RE: MINING RIGHT FOR SAND ON ERF 1117, DISTRICT BLAAUWBERG,
CAPE TOWN

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we take this opportunity to bring
to your urgent attention that a company is in the process of requiring
Mining Rights for the sand dunes in the Big Bay area. We have attached
the documents that were forwarded to the Home Owners Association for
your perusal.

There is a Public Meeting to be held at Bloubergstand Library Hall on
Thursday, 15 May 2008 @ 1900 as per the letter attached. The Trustees
request that as many Owners/Residents attend this meeting in order to
provide a united front to prevent this activity becoming a reality in the
Big Bay area.

The Trustees have forwarded the attached Response Sheet on behalf of
the Home Owners Association to be registered as an Interested and
Affected Party in order to lodge objections to this proposed activity.

Please could you forward your specific objections to either
diane@capeclass.co.za (Managing Agents) or bigbayinfo@telkomsa.net
(Estate Manager’s office) by no later than close of business on TUESDAY,
13th MAY 2008 in order for the Trustees to formulate a formal Objection
Response to the company.

We await your feedback and thank you for your assistance in dealing with
this serious matter for the Estate.
