Dear Property Owner

RE: CLOSURE OF GATE – SANDOWN ESTATE 2

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we hereby inform you, that in the interest of the overall security of the Estate and as an extra precaution, the Trustees have decided to close the gate at Sandown 2 Gatehouse at certain times during the night.

The closing time will be from 11pm to 5am every night and the Trustees request that you enter or exit the Estate a Sandown 1 gatehouse during these hours.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter and will advise you as soon as the process is implemented.
