Dear Residents

Following Thorburn Security’s appointment by the Board of Trustees, the implementation of the new and much needed security service is all in place to start on the 15 July 2006.

During this period, the Trustees request your patience and understanding for any “teething problems” that are anticipated during the settling in time, but we have been assured by Thorburn management that they will manage the transition phase as smoothly as possible.

In order to avoid your inconvenience, we request that for the next 2 weeks all residents and visitors use the Sandown 2 entrance into the Estate exclusively during peak contractor periods, i.e. 6h00 – 9h00 and 16h00 – 18h00.
Thorburn will be managing the entry and exit of all contractors through the Sandown 1 entrance.
Blouberg Hills estate will continue as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience the change may cause and sincerely request your understanding in this matter.
