Dear Property Owners
RE: DECEMBER SHUT DOWN – BUILDERS HOLIDAYS
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we hereby inform you that the
Estate will be closed for building activities from Friday, 12pm the
14th December 2007 to start again on Monday, 7th January 2008.
We request that Owners inform the contractors that there are no
water leaks and that the sites are secure and all tools and
equipment are safely stored away, and any sand that is left must
be covered with netting to prevent sand blowing all over the Estate.
The security on site will be instructed to do patrols around all
construction sites to check that all is in order on your sites. We
also request that you check with security that they have your
correct contact details for any emergency during the shutdown
period.
We remind Owners that they are responsible for all equipment
and materials on site during this period, as the Home Owners
Association and Security will not be held liable for any loss or
damage during this time.
