RE: INCREASE IN BUILDERS LEVY IN 2008

We have been requested by the Board of Trustees of the Homeowners
Association to inform you
that, following the Trustees meeting at the end of 2007, the Building Levy
 of R60 a month will be increased to R120 as of the 1st January 2008.

This is to cover an increase in the administration of the building process on
the Estate, and is only applicable to owners who start building from
January 2008.
