RE: DOG TRANSGRESSION PENALTIES

Following the recent Board of Trustees meeting, the Trustees take this
opportunity to inform you, that due to the recent incidents and
unfortunate and untimely death of a resident’s dog on the Estate by an
owner’s dog that was not on a leash at the time, Estate Management
have been instructed to enforce the fines should there be any further
transgressions.

Furthermore, should there be any other disturbances on the Estate by
dogs, including continuous barking, please inform the Estate Manager
during office hours between 0830 and 5pm. For after hour incidents or
transgressions, please contact the Security, in order to assist and record
the details, on the following numbers:

We appeal to all residents to respect the rules in order to have a peaceful
and safe environment for all to reside.
