Dear Residents

WASHING LINES

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we hereby request that all home
owners refrain from hanging any clothes, mats or any other articles
 from there upstairs balconies and/or palisade fencing to air or dry.

We refer to the Design Guidelines Clause 9.3 “Service areas should be
screened from view by containing them within service yards surrounded
by walls.  Washing lines shall be screened from the street elevation or
other visible elevations.”  We request that washing lines are utilized
and not the balconies or palisade fencing.

We hereby request that all home owners adhere to this estate rule.
