Dear Resident/Property Owner

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we hereby inform you
of the following:

RE: BOOM ADVERTISING

Please can all residents take note of the sample advertising boards
which have been placed on all three resident entrance booms, which will
be used to display adverts and can generate an extra income for the Estate.

These samples will be on the booms until the end of the week and we would
appreciate your feedback should you object against this project.

RE: SECURITY VISITOR SLIPS

Visitors are required to complete a visitor’s slip when visiting residents
in the Estate. All visitors’ slips are to be signed by the resident that
the visitor is visiting and handed back to security when leaving the Estate.
Your co-operation in this regard will be appreciated as we need to control
the incoming and outgoing of visitors to our Estate for security reasons.

RE: SHOW HOUSES ON SUNDAYS

If your house is going to be on show on a Sunday, please inform the Estate
Management in writing of all details i.e. date, address, agent etc.
The information needs to be given to Estate Management by no later than
Thursday if the house will be on show on the Sunday, so that management can
put the adequate security measures in place for show houses.

If no letter is received, access will be denied to the agent who has the
house on show.
