RE: NETCARE 911 – SECURE ASSIST

Thorburn Security Solutions have provided a value-added service for all the residents in the Big Bay HOA Estates, namely the NETCARE 911 – SECURE ASSIST service. This entitles Thorburn clients to any life-threatening medical emergency assistance on the Estate for emergencies resulting directly from a security breach.

The benefits include:

•    Emergency telephonic medical assistance and advice
•    Emergency response by road or air ambulance to the scene of the incident at the insured premises
•    Transfer by road or air to the closest most appropriate medical facility
•    Companionship and/or care of stranded minors
•    Access to Rape Crisis Centres of Excellence

We have attached the Netcare Residents Detail Form in order to register you for this service. Please return this Form to Security at the Sandown 1 Gatehouse, at your earliest convenience, in order for the details to be processed.
