RE:  MINING APPLICATION ON ERF 1117 BLAAUWBERGSTRAND

As you are aware, the Trustees have joined forces with Dune Ridge Estate
and engaged Miltons Matsemela Attorneys to oppose the application for
Sand Mining in the area.

We are pleased to inform you that we have been notified by our Attorneys
that, following the unprecedented public outcry, the Sand Mining applicant,
 Brickbrush (Pty) Ltd, have withdrawn their application.

We would like to thank all Property Owners who participated in our effort to
oppose the application!
