Dear Residents and Property Owners

RE:   INCREASE OF ANNUAL LEVY

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, following the AGM held on
Thursday, 18th October 2007, we hereby inform  you that an
increase in the annual levy was approved at the AGM, from
R570.00(incl VAT) to R700.00(incl VAT),  effective 1st July 2007.

The HOA have been instructed to adjust the current Debit Orders
as of the 1st November 2007 for both the increase and the
backdated amount as follows:

Jul 2007  -  R130
Aug 2007  -  R130
Sept 2007  -  R130
Oct  2007  -  R130
Nov 2007  -  R700
              =====
TOTAL:   R1220.00

Furthermore, the Building Period Penalty of 4 x the monthly levy
will also be adjusted to R700 x 4 = R2800(incl VAT) for the
affected property owners who are currently liable for this penalty
until their building is completed.
