Re:  Unattended Dogs in the Estate

It has been brought to the attention of the Trustees of the Home Owners Association, that there was a recent incident of a child being bitten in Blouberg Hills Estate by an unattended dog.

We urgently request your co-operation in adhering to the Estate Rules, in particular Clause  5.0, as a courtesy to all in the Estate. In the future, a fine of R500.00 per incident will be issued without further warning due to the danger and risk the unattended dogs are creating for residents, visitors and children.
