URGENT NOTICE
________________________________________________
Dear Residents/Property Owners
RE: Paint Balls in the Estate
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we would like to bring to your attention that a certain individual(s) in the Estate have released paint balls in residents’ gardens, with fortunately no damage to property to date. In order to avoid any future damage, besides the inconvenience to the affected residents, the Trustees urgently request that those involved in this activity refrain from doing so immediately. Furthermore, please report any incidents or individuals to Security immediately so that the culprits can be caught and dealt with accordingly.
We would like to make you aware that the Estate Security Guards carry high velocity pepper guns. These guns discharge balls similar to typical paint balls. Even though the pepper–balls are being handled and accounted for like standard ammunition, we wish to caution all residents not to handle any paintballs found, as there is a remote possibility that these may contain pepper gas. Please be assured that this is only a cautionary note and no pepper-balls have been reported lost and/or mishandled whatsoever. On rare occasions, Thorburn may practice outside the Estate and this is always done with blank practice-balls.
Please contact the Estate Manager, Mr Ben Lutumba, on 021 554 0865 or 083 752 7656, should you be able to provide any information or have any queries regarding this matter.
Yours sincerely
Yvonne Green
